Swedes and European people like to explore and travel go on vacation.
I think it is more common in the USA that you will move for work from east to west if you can't find work.Charlotte Lantz Cronkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10132623769761710847noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3001878977983285533.post-12119626951947861592010-01-28T19:40:51.003-08:002010-01-28T19:40:51.003-08:00I have a friend who is also from Sweden. I think those that have traveled extensively and have lived in various cultures are automatically a more diverse group for their experience in traveling. I always like hearing about other country's educational experience. It's interesting to see that Sweden starts schooling at age 7. Here in the U.S. we try to start our kids sooner and sooner...I wonder if that really matters in the long run. Obviously Swedish children are educated sufficiently. Look forward to hearing more from you.
--MicheleMichele Weinhousehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10222818498430448124noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3001878977983285533.post-16407989408555717472010-01-27T22:42:57.040-08:002010-01-27T22:42:57.040-08:00Hey Charolette! like all the other comments, I def...Hey Charolette! like all the other comments, I definetly enjoyed reading your educational background! I have always wanted to go to Sweden! I studied abroad in England this past semester and was so amused with the difference between the school structures!MissMad88https://www.blogger.com/profile/02599352862957308833noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3001878977983285533.post-48278542760679833652010-01-27T14:27:22.156-08:002010-01-27T14:27:22.156-08:00Hi Charlotte! It is so great that you have something different to bring to the table and offer to others going through the teaching credential process! I felt a strong connection to your post when I read about how you came to the CSUSM's College of Education. I graduated from SDSU and while exploring their credential program I felt that I never received straight answers or welcoming attitudes. Are you planning on teaching special education? I noticed that you met with the Special Education Staff at CSUSM and was just wondering because that's the path that I am pursuing. Look forward to getting to know you better!

-MeaganAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3001878977983285533.post-2044524355159622152010-01-26T15:54:32.883-08:002010-01-26T15:54:32.883-08:00I enjoyed reading about your educational backgroun...I enjoyed reading about your educational background. Sweden's educational system is similar to the Czech Republic's. I spent a few summers teaching conversational English to high school students and became familiar with their system.Rachelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02799499021049921547noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3001878977983285533.post-73836969480717670772010-01-25T20:55:33.259-08:002010-01-25T20:55:33.259-08:00Charlotte,
